Our Board

The Pirate Fastpitch Board of Directors is made up of parents with a wide range of backgrounds as well as the Bay Port Varsity Head Coach. Their individual skills provide our organization with various points of view and are charged with ensuring Pirate Fastpitch holds strong to the mission and values we hold true.

Each age division is represented on our board. Responsibilities include attending monthly meetings, communicating pertinent information to each head coach within the age division, managing the conflict resolution policy within the division, being a liaison between the age division and the board, volunteering on committees and recruiting parents to volunteer. This person should not be a head coach, unless no other volunteer can be found. The term for this position is one softball season.

Our executive team holds their position for 2 years, with President and Secretary starting on odd years, and Vice President, Vice President of Tournaments and Treasurer starting on even years.
