Pirate Fastpitch is entirely run by volunteers!
Our Board of Directors is made up of parents and the Bay Port Varsity Coaches. A large number of our coaching staff are also parent volunteers. We could not keep this organization growing without the help of our parents.
We are always looking for more help! If you have softball coaching experience, are great at fundraising, do well managing large projects or just want to find a way to get involved, please reach out to our Board Secretary.
Battle at the Bay
We ask all families to work at least 3 shifts at our home tournament in June.
USA Softball State Tournament
We host the Class C State tournament every July. We ask all families to work at least 3 shifts.
Cash Raffle
We ask all families to sell at least 20 tickets for our cash raffle every winter.
With only 3,000 tickets printed and a cost of $10, these are an easy sell for our families.
